Job Title: HR AssistantJob DescriptionMUST be comfortable knowing that this is a 4 month assignment. This position supports an HR team of 2-3 people, handling various administrative responsibilities and reporting tasks. You will act as a liaison between different managers within the company, coordinating meetings and interviews. Additionally, you will manage employee files, ensuring they are correctly filed and updated, including benefits and compensation records, and workers' compensation documents. Responsibilities also include assisting with I-9 and W-4 tax documents and various other administrative tasks.The HR Assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Reporting to the HR Director, this role involves responsibilities in departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits implementation, policies and procedures, recruiting, and HR programs.
