One of the global laboratory company located in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Client Complaint Data Analyst (Project Analyst). The main function of a Project Analyst is to interact with different department across the enterprise to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to manage and resolve complaints. A Project Analyst is responsible for... determining the client and patient issue offer workable solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Facilitates the investigation documentation review and follow-up of client patient and internal concerns and complaints which are submitted through the appropriate data system.
Pay: $33/hr. (Final Rate)
Schedule: Standard Morning Shift - Monday - Friday
Location: Seattle, WA (100% Remote - Must support PST hours)
Contract Duration: 6 Months To Start (high possibility to convert to FTE)
[Job Responsibilities]
• Receive complaint from patient, look through the spreadsheets to find out who is responsible, coming up with corrective action plan, and take it to the correct party who will take corrective action accordingly.
• Approve the resolution of client and patient service by authorizing activities such as investigation corrective action root cause analyst and effectiveness review.
• Function as escalation point for clients and patients.
• Approve the referral of unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Review monitor and audit records of operations interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine probable causes.
• Escalates unresolved issues promptly to the correct persons.
• Report on high-risk cases to executive level management.
[Qualification Requirements]
• 2-3 years of data analytics experience.
• Must be comfortable supporting Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)
• Absolute proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs...etc.) - Must be comfortable filtering spreadsheets.
• Salesforce, Smartsheet, and/or Power BI experience (please indicate on resume).
• Any healthcare related analysis experience is highly considered.
• Comfortability handling multiple and large datasets.
• Must be comfortable with high WPM (70-90 Words Per Minute)
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong critical thinking.
• Previous industry experience within medical, hospital, or laboratory is highly preferred.
Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
