Position Overview:We are seeking a Quality Data Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for supporting our Quality Management team by performing administrative, organizational, and communication tasks related to quality documentation and data analysis.Key Responsibilities:• Provide general administrative assistance to the Quality team, including maintaining and organizing quality documents.• Collect, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Utilize Excel to pull and analyze data, including the use of pivot tables.• Assist in investigating and documenting customer complaints, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.• Prepare, review, and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100).• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.• Communicate with customers and other team members, including scheduling meetings and handling first article inspections.Required Qualifications:• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or quality assurance. Previous experience with first article inspections is ideal.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel (basic functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables). Familiarity with customer portals is preferred.• Ability to analyze data and pull reports effectively.• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
