Senior HRIS Analyst

Sr. HRIS AnalystJob DescriptionAs a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a team of four in an HRIS implementation project with a focus in benefits administration. You will be tasked with coordinating daily benefits processing, providing education and support to associates regarding the company's benefits, and engaging in full life cycle systems implementations. This includes requirements gathering, business process analysis, GAP analysis, defining solutions, recommending best business practices, UAT, data conversion, and migration.Skills and Qualifications• 3+ years in Oracle• Experience implementing a new HRIS• Experience in UKG is a plus• Strong Excel skills• Project management• Benefits knowledge including ERISA, COBRA, LOA, and ACA (preferred)Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).Work EnvironmentJoin a lively team of four in a hybrid work setting.
