Description:Shipping Specialist Summary of Key Responsibilities:Review customer document requirements for completion & correctness.Create Customer documents verify meets customer requirements.Arrange appropriate transportation carriersAssist Packaging DepartmentVerify and coordinate final packaging /shipping labels Outbound staging cartons to match customer / company requirementsUpload documents to customer portals when required.Communicate to appropriate Personnel / Departments on potential shipment delays.Skills:Spanish, ERP, Shipping, MS OFficeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Min 3 years experience in Shipping / logistics within manufacturing Warehouse atmosphere preferred.Bilingual in English/SpanishAccurate and Attentive to Details.Ability to thrive in Fast-paced EnvironmentExcellent Communication / Written skills.Ability to Multitask and Prioritize.Strong Organizational SkillsComputer literate in Microsoft Office products.
