Talent Acquisition Program Manager

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Program ManagerJob DescriptionOur client is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management to join the Global Early Careers team. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving best-in-class program management for the Black Scholars and Jobs Program. This program is a scholarship and career initiative aimed at providing access to education and workforce opportunities for Black and African American college students. Participants receive needs-based scholarships, year-round training, mentorship, internships, and full-time job opportunities. The program manager will serve as the main point of contact for scholars and oversee all program initiatives with pastoral care.Responsibilities• Curate a comprehensive program experience tailored to Gen Z pre-professionals, including mentorship, professional development trainings, newsletters, virtual social events, and a program graduation celebration.• Lead the program roll-off process and partner with recruiting to ensure a seamless full-time conversion process.• Create and distribute key communications to scholars and mentors through various channels such as newsletters, SMS, webinars, video, email, and phone.• Cross-collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders to execute program design.• Consistently analyze data and research to identify root causes and areas for optimization, establishing operational efficiencies.• Be a thought partner to global colleagues in developing and optimizing early careers and I&D programs.• Build, analyze, maintain, and distribute data analytics on program results to leaders, including bi-annual NPS, scholar conversion rates, intern experience, and performance.• Manage the budget of scholarship funds and the overall program budget.• Partner with Global Intern Program leaders to lead intern program workstreams, evaluate scholar intern experience, and measure results.Essential Skills• 6+ years of program management experience.• Experience with talent acquisition, diversity recruiting, and DEI initiatives.• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational communication skills.• Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs, with scholarship program experience being a plus.• Experience developing, building, documenting, and maintaining processes and policies.• Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and agile process improvement skills.• Experience with project metric tracking and report creation.• Consultative approach with the ability to build positive relationships with various partners.• Experience handling confidential information.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS Systems, preferably SmartRecruiters, Avature, and Workday.• Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including C-level sr. leaders.• Practical experience applying change management principles at a global scale.• Proficiency with various communication and design tools such as GroupMe, Canva, MS Planner, Menti, Survey Monkey, and Doodle.Work EnvironmentThis is an in-office/hybrid role with a schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, or vice versa, depending on the week. The position is based in Austin, collaborating with teams in ATL, CA, and other corporate locations. The role operates within standard business hours but offers flexibility based on schedule.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
