Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and negotiating offers. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process...
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and Screening:Utilize online platforms, job boards, and career fairs to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes based on essential criteria and administer pre-hire assessments.
• Coordination and Communication:Coordinate internal hiring processes, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
• Make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate suitability.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Candidate Relationship Building:Reach out to potential candidates, build relationships, and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
• Offer Management:Send job offer letters and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Compliance and Knowledge:Stay informed about labor legislation, personnel policies, and employment practices.
• Understand federal and state laws related to recruitment.
• Event Participation:Host and/or participate in job fairs to attract top talent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience for professional office-based roles.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Software (preferably iCIMS).
• Proficiency in using social networks (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) for sourcing candidates.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple open positions.
