Seeking a dedicated Underwriting CSR to join our team in the auto division's Underwriting department. This newly created role aims to support the team with a high volume of policy requests. The ideal candidate will handle moderate to complex inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers efficiently and professionally. The role involves resolving service concerns, documenting customer requests, completing changes to policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through first call resolution. Additionally, the candidate will process customer documentation, remain updated on new marketing campaigns, and accurately input data into the appropriate databases.

Work Site
This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
100% remote work available anywhere in EST or MST. This position is a 6-month open-ended contract with the possibility of extension but most likely not conversion. Working hours are either 8am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm. Training lasts for 2 weeks, and production metrics aim for 50-70 calls/day.
