Job Title: Provider Relations Manager (Inland Empire)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Provider Relations Manager to specialize in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers in an assigned territory through routine visits and effective communication. Responsibilities include onboarding and training providers to ensure compliance with regulations, collaborating with internal departments to address inquiries, and developing strategies for provider retention and growth. The role requires detailed reporting on provider interactions and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Frequent travel within the service area is necessary.

What You'll Do:
- Routine visits to providers in assigned territory to develop a trusted relationship and maintain open lines of communication between Alpha Care Medical Group and providers
- Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant with state, federal regulations and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement strategies for retention, growth, and marketing within assigned territories
- Detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities
- Must be able to problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively
- Must be able to travel frequently to assigned service area.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years' experience in provider network scope of services.
- Strong understanding of Managed Care Operations (i.e., Quality, HEDIS, HCC, etc.).
- Minimum of two (2) years’ customer service, provider services or relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven in MS office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 3975 Jackson Street, Ste 301, Riverside, CA 92503. Assigned territory will be in the Inland Empire.
- This position is a field representative position and requires traveling depending on assignments or projects. This could be 2-3 times per week, and also requires monthly visits to provider offices.
- The target pay range for this role is $70,000 - $76,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
