We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, based out of our New York City headquarters. As part of our high-growth Marketing organization, the Demand Generation team drives pipeline growth through strategic campaigns, marketing programs, and GTM activities. In this role, you will lead multi-channel, end-to-end campaigns, manage lead generation programs, and support product launches. You will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally across the business.
Develop, own, and execute multi-channel, end-to-end campaigns to grow pipeline
Own and manage homegrown marketing lead generation webinar and content programs, and support product launches
Test new channels and conceptualize new marketing programs to reach our target audience
Collaborate with digital marketing to run digital and paid media campaigns
Manage lifecycle marketing email sends, nurtures, and segmentation
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Design, Web, Marketing Ops, and Sales teams to deliver campaigns and programs
Measure, optimize, and report on campaign and program performance
Partner with the Sales team to continually optimize MQL quality, enable consistent follow up, and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel to drive efficient pipeline growth
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing at software companies
Data-driven analytical approach to campaign and program management & optimization
Experience with the following tools: Marketo, Salesforce, JIRA, Outreach, Zoom Webinar, Google Analytics
Experience with commercializing open-source offerings
Experience with a developer-focused product
The estimated salary for this role ranges from $84,000 - $165,000, along with an equity component. This range is merely an estimate, and the width of the range reflects willingness to consider candidates with broad prior seniority. Actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
