The Business Development Manager 2 position is responsible for developing and executing strategies in order to solve customer's strategic business goals. Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
o Directly responsible for selling the company's consulting and/or other professional services. Identifies and generates new customers or expands existing accounts within an established industry, segment, or geographic territory. o Consults during joint sales meetings with customers and direct sales teams. o Identify key trends and customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications to sell across the customer base. o Understands, develops, and delivers solutions to customers. Develops strategic initiatives to address customers business, organization, or information processes. o Analyzes and documents current effectiveness of applications/products/services in supporting the customers strategic business goals. Demonstrates broad knowledge and consultative selling skills with the assistance/support of the Direct Sales/Consulting team. o Duties directly related to making sales includes:
Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customers premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities. Education:
o Bachelor's degree
Experience:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
