This application supports over 300,000 employees and contractors across AT&T. As a full-stack developer, you will have an immediate impact on the system's development and overall success.• Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of both front-end and back-end components of the Learning Management System.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features and enhancements.• Iterative Development: Utilize an iterative delivery approach to continuously improve the application.Required Skill Set:• 5+ years Java experience: Proficiency in Java for back-end development.• Angular: Experience with Angular for front-end development.• Database Technologies: Familiarity with Oracle and SQL databases.• Work Process Tools: Proficiency with LeanKit, Jira, ADO, or similar tools.• Iterative Delivery: Experience with iterative delivery approaches.Desired Skill Set:• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Experience with SAFe methodologies.• Containerization Technologies: Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days office presence per week. The role is limited to Dallas, TX. Full-time remote work options are not offered.Our Lead Software Engineering, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
