Develop and implement product strategies in line with company goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new technology products. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and input for product improvements. Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions. Communicate product updates, progress, and roadblocks to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to inform product strategy. Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance and support for their professional development. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Manage product budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve product features and usability.
