About the TeamThe AT&T Customer Connect Centers team focuses on the design, build... and delivery of the Salesforce & dependent capabilities required to evolve our Employee tools experience. Members of our team work on creating frictionless experiences utilizing the Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. Teams focus on aligning customer and agent experience while evolving the business mindset in the way we support our customers and employeesAbout the JobOverall Purpose: Senior User Experience Designer to work with other UX and UI leads & designers, business owners, product managers, and engineers (developers) to build high quality user-centered solutions that will be enabled through Salesforce platformResponsibilities and Day-to-Day Viewo Work with the Product Management team on creative brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping, and other problem-solving with user experience and visual designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on multiple projects meeting the Salesforce Centers Implementationo Strong collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences ensuring needs meet across all mediao Design UI comps that reflect sound UX thinking using traditional visual design principles and tools (visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory, etc. )o Work closely with UX designers and internal user researchers to support usability and focus group test plans and prototype support (paper or interactive prototypes, as appropriate)o Strong collaboration skills required to work effectively within and across teams with multiple personality types and cultural backgroundso Must be able to contribute productively, constructively, and respectfully to debates during solution development. Requires clarity in speech, writing, and presentations to a variety of audiences (ex: engineers, managers, executives). o Utilize design standards and reusable components (minimize one-off delivery); contribute to Design Standards libraryo Define & document interaction experience requirements (conditional experiences, interaction notes), experience interaction behaviors (transitions, animation)o Leverage all available data, journey mapping, research, and ideation in designso Create high-fidelity visual design comps (considering feedback from key stakeholders Product, Legal, etc )o Collaborate closely with Product Manager for user story acceptance. Performs visual QA to ensure adherence to designo Overseeing continuity of design within a specific area and ensuring alignment with other Leads to ensure end to end experience consistency Qualificationso Excellent Sketch Skillso Excellent Invision Skillso Familiarity with using Digital Design Standardso Experience with UX design for Salesforce - Core Platform - Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud. o Ability to be self-starter and collaborate with multiple business partnerso Experience in Adobe Analytics or data analysis Responsibilities and Day-to-Day ViewAs a UX designer, you will: o Use your UX chops to design (and redesign) a diverse set of experiences and products for Salesforce implementations at AT&T. Projects may range from Salesforce Core platform to websites and mobile apps. o Use storytelling, UX, and prototypes to compellingly convey the vision, flow, and features of the product you are designing. o Collaborate with fellow UX designers, researchers, and team members to generate ideas and get feedback on your designs. o Successfully work with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to get your designs into production. o Work on several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. o Support the organization and facilitation of design workshops with clients and partners as needed. Qualificationso 4 years of experience in UI/UX field with 2 years in Salesforce UX design. o Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or an equivalent degree preferred. o Experience in concept ideation, design strategy, and digital prototyping. o Must be very comfortable with graphic design and interactive tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Framer, etc. (And have the drive to always learn and experiment with new tools. )o Knowledge or expertise in one or more of the following is a plus: visual design, machine learning, mobile applications, web applications, messaging interfaces, illustration, video/film production. o Portfolio submission required for consideration. Empathetic Fun: You're well-versed in user-centered methodologies and design thinking. You design for consumer needs first and foremost. Oh, and you're great fun to work with. Communication Skills: You have excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. You're able to tell compelling stories about your work to partners and team members.
