We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.• *Job Description:**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Accountant to join our team. This dual-role position is essential for the seamless execution and financial oversight of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.• *Key Responsibilities:**• *Project Management:**- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.• *Project Accounting:**- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.- Track project costs, expenditures, and revenue to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.- Perform cost analysis and provide regular financial updates to senior management.- Handle project invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper documentation and reporting.• *Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Proven experience in project management and accounting, preferably in the construction or demolition industry.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and accounting principles.- Proficiency in project management software and accounting systems.- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $85,349.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):• Have you worked as a PM for a subcontractor or a GC?• If you've worked as a PM for a subcontractor what trade was it?
