Come join us!Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Performance of site investigations to support industrial hygiene and environmental projects, including the collection of samples and environmental data;• Conduct and document field activities such as soil and groundwater sampling, installation of soil borings and monitoring wells, interviews, and tank excavations and/or removals• Management and analysis of sampling data, including summary tables, result interpretation, and sample location maps;• Performance of Phase I/II environmental assessments of a broad range of industrial and commercial facilities;• Assisting clients with a variety of environmental, health, and safety needs, including environmental regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, industrial hygiene, and health and safety matters;• Preparation of technical reports.RequirementsMinimum requirements:• BS in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.• 3-5 years of related petroleum remediation experience including• Environmental Due Diligence Phase 1 & 2 field and report writing, well sampling, drilling, and tank removal.• Experience in TN regulations and reporting.• Microsoft PC applications; WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, TEAMS• Excellent written and oral communication skills;• Strong technical, analytical, and research skills;Technical requirements:• PE/PG in TN Preferred. FE or FG acceptable if Engineering/Geology Degree. Other Environmental Certifications a Plus.• Ability to work unsupervised at least 60%. Organizational and Time Management skills are critical. Technical report writing experience required.• Knowledge of state and/or federal regulations (RCRA, CERCLA, NPDES, ASTM)Other miscellaneous qualities:• Ability to travel Middle and Eastern TN at least 35% of the time.
