Currently, they are looking to add a Controller to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$115k – $140k AnnuallyPosition OverviewThe Controller will join our financial leadership team, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and control.Responsibilities Of The Controller• Oversee the accounting operations including the design of financial record-keeping systems, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.• Manage all general ledger accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets reporting.• Develop and monitor the company’s financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.• Prepare periodic financial reports and coordinate audits to provide an accurate picture of the company’s financial health.• Collaborate with senior management to establish budgets, analyze performance, and develop long-term financial strategies.• Implement and maintain internal controls, ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial data.• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.Qualifications For The Controller• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a controller or similar position.• Demonstrated expertise in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Education Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.Benefits• Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.• 401(k) plan with company matching.
