OverviewMajor Responsibilities:• Functions as HCM consultant on business and HR related matters. Utilizes a strong grasp of organizational expectations and culture, translating the brand in how HR services are delivered.• Coordinates various projects, tasks and programs that impact business objectives. Serves as a project manager, creating and executing project work plans.• Serves as a liaison between clients and HR Centers of Excellence.• Provides a balance of the ability to appropriately challenge leaders, while maintaining strong business partnership and relationships with assigned business unit/executives and leaders, applying a high degree of confidence and expertise as an advanced HR leader.• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures and legal requirements, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance• Analyzes internal and external metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommends changes to positively impact the organization.License/Registration/Certification Required:• None Required. SHRM-CP, -SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.Education Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.Experience Requirements:• Mid-Level HR Professional• 3 years of related HR experience• Human resources, organizational development, or employee relations experience including successful team interventions, leader coaching (including performance management) and conflict resolution.• Experience working in a complex healthcare organization is a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:• Demonstrates consulting skills and ability to effectively develop, implement and apply organizational strategies to address complex business challenges including change/succession management, workforce planning, leadership development and organization design.• Knowledge and expertise of multiple human resource disciplines and business practices including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee/union relations, diversity, performance management, regulatory compliance, and employment laws.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build/foster strong trusting relationships, influence leaders, use negotiation skills and develop solutions to achieve results. Ability to advise leaders on how to successfully lead people through change.• Ability to analyze data and recommend appropriate actions in alignment to people strategy.• Must be self-directed, self-motivated, flexible.
