Our client is a global medical services organization that is rapidly growing. They are actively seeking an HR Generalist to join their team with 3 to 5 years of experience.Salary/Hourly Rate$75,000 – $80,000Position OverviewThe HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and management team by handling various HR functions. The ideal HR Generalist candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, compensation, and benefits, and will be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities Of The HR Generalist• Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies as needed• Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities• Employee Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development• HR Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, compensation, and benefits utilizationQualifications For The HR Generalist• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations, compensation, and benefits• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismEducation Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is requiredBenefits• Client provided benefits, upon eligibilityAs a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
