The Medical Real World Evidence Content Specialist is a very unique leadership role that will own the creation and curation of real world evidence packages sold to health systems, life science, and channel partners. The role has broad responsibilities both internally and externally with the goal of driving commercial success and collaborating with product development. The specialist will play a pivotal role in the development, ownership, and evolution of the Atropos evidence library, known as Alexandria.
Design, create, and manage real world evidence content packages that will be marketed to customers via the Atropos evidence library, Alexandria.
Partner closely with Product development teams to design the infrastructure and workflows to create content packages
Partner closely with commercial/sales to prioritize valuable content packages for Health system, Life Science, and Channel Partners
Own presales material related to content packages
Design, Create, and Manage digital phenotypes for commonly used clinical concepts using structured ontologies
Partner closely with Product development teams to design the infrastructure and workflows to create phenotypes
Become proficient in Atropos Health’s proprietary Temporal Query Language (TQL) to generate Prognostograms and phenotypes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
Prior experience working with real-world healthcare data (EMR, claims, etc.) and life sciences companies (pharmaceutical and biotechnology) is required.
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with SQL is required. Additional coding languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
Prior experience working and proven aptitude in a startup environment.
Advanced medical degree (MD, PA, RN) with at least 7+ years work experience in healthcare.
History of publications on longitudinal health data (eg EMR, Claims)
The Medical Real World Evidence Content Specialist reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer, Saurabh Gombar.
