Who we are

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Attentive Marketing Operations and Analytics team to support the broader Marketing organization and help drive the Attentive demand engine forward. You will support our marketing technology stack (most notably Hubspot, Salesforce, 6sense, Catalyst, Snowflake) with a goal of keeping our integrations optimized and running efficiently. You will be the connective tissue between our Revenue and Marketing organizations and also help create the foundation of our customer product adoption marketing motion, enabling our Marketing team to impact bottom-line revenue by increasing product usage.


Why Attentive needs you
  • Build, monitor, and manage business-critical martech stack integrations
  • Drive ABM campaign operations, using Hubspot and 6sense
  • Partner with our Revenue organization on lead routing and brainstorm creative solutions to help provide our Sales teams with better visibility to marketing and account activity
  • Create forms in Hubspot, landing pages in Unbounce, and automation workflows in Zapier to support Attentive free trials
  • Own troubleshooting requests around lead management
  • Assist with campaign operations requests from across the Marketing organization
  • Use an “automation-first” mindset to review existing Attentive processes and suggest optimizations


About you
  • 2-4 years of experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning new software
  • Collaborative attitude
  • Prior experience with Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,000 - $110,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
