Performs complex and varied administrative assignments to support Audiology Clinicians. Assists in management of non-billable clinical tasks to help clinicians perform at top of license. Must have well developed skills to enhance patient experience and avoid delays in patient access to equipment – including non-direct patient care equipment management, preparation, and tracking. Reports to the Clinic manager. Must adopt Keck Service Credo and Known Service Standards and Values. Must be comfortable with computers and medical terminology.
The hourly rate range for this position is $19.00 - $29.77.
