Specific Shifts: Seeking students with availability to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

Pay Rate: $15.57 per hour
Timeframe: Academic Year 2024-25 (now through April 2025). Training will be provided.
TechDesk Student Assistants provide customer service and technical assistance to students during most of all library hours. The TechDesk is the central point of contact for students with technology-related needs. As such, it is also the public face of the Information Technology department for students.
TechDesk Student Assistants work under the supervision of the Manager of Help Desk Operations and Student Support, but also work during evenings and weekend shifts that are not directly supervised.
