Role Overview

You will drive growth and product roadmap and execution for Aura's leading workforce analytics platform. Reporting to Aura’s Head of Product, you’ll work cross-functionally to deliver the best user outcomes across all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for our workforce insights offering, with a focus on advanced data modeling, insightful visualizations and personalization
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, market research, and internal stakeholders, translating complex data needs into actionable features
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, insights-rich features that augment sophisticated users in performing their work
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and products
  • Foster a fast-paced yet rigorous product culture within the company by mentoring analysts and other team members and working collaboratively across the organization
  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Hands-on experience with product design, UX/UI design
  • Advanced degree or exceptional Bachelor’s outcomes in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • Experience serving quantitatively-minded or otherwise technical users
  • Solid grasp of data modeling concepts; knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
  • Sound understanding of statistical analysis and its applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to mentor and coach others
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, sales, marketing, legal and operations
