Position: Partnerships Director, Brokerages
Location: NYC (Union Square) or Dayton Ohio
Who are we: Fintech Series A startup. Authentic has raised over $15mm in funding from several top VCs such as FirstMark Capital, Slow Ventures, Clocktower, Commerce, Altai, Core Innovation Capital, Upper90 etc.
Authentic is changing insurance distribution. Instead of purchasing insurance through traditional carriers (The Hartford, Liberty Mutual, etc.), small businesses can now purchase insurance through other channels. Examples here: Vertical Software, Franchisors, Associations - all powered by Authentic!
Broker Channel: Authentic creates custom programs for brokers. We enable brokers to service small business groups (franchises, associations, etc.) with our technology. Brokers still earn a commission and provide a better product, experience, and economics to their affinity group clients.

Responsibilities:
Generate pipeline and manage sales process within brokerage channel
Manage the sales process from lead generation to close
Manage post sales process to find additional programs within brokerages and drive successful implementation of programs
Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting their insurance program to their users
Experience:
4+ years in insurance sales at an agency (brokerage or MGA)
Ambition and a passion for personal growth: this role will build the playbook within the brokerage channel. This teammate will have the opportunity to grow with us as a company as we scale our business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and networking skills
Other:
Recently proven product market fit, raised a Series A, and want to build a repeatable GTM motion across all channels

Our cash compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 in the NYC metro area or Dayton Ohio. The role can have high variable compensation in addition to the cash compensation range.
