Zions Bank is now accepting applications for our Auto Dealer Flooring Inspector in the Dealer Financing Group. This is a job where you’ll be visiting auto dealers in UT, WY, ID, and WA state verifying inventory. If you’re ready to move up the career ladder, this might be your next rung.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Audit the inventory function related to the auto dealer flooring portfolio, including physically verifying floored units, following up on unresolved audit items, collection of payoffs on sold units and performing title audits.
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation as required.
- Spend time out of the office traveling to dealer locations and performing audits.
- You might be walking car lots in rain and snow, so you can’t be afraid of getting wet!
- Travel out of town required.
- Operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- May assist with projects as needed.
Successful candidates will have the following credentials:
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and some experience with documentation, processes, and procedures or other directly related experience.
- Basic knowledge of dealer flooring policies and procedures, audit, and documentation processes.
- Must have good customer service, problem solving, decision making and communication skills.
- Perceptive, with the ability to be assertive while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of various computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Must have solid 10 key skills.
- Requires a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Able to spend 3-4 nights per month out of town.
