Automation & Digitalization Intern

PROJECTS

Support the team in digitalization field operations. The digitalization effort revolves around internal process/paperwork, but also in the utilization of new Field Digital tool for their operations.

• Automate field service reporting operations.
• Digital assets management system

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze current practices and come up with proposal to digitalize/automate the process.
• Develop simple and user-friendly tools based on the analysis above.
• Create procedures and train impacted personnel.
• Set up an inventory control process for digital assets (tablets, readers, scanners…)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in engineering from an accredited university.
• GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
• Sophomore or Junior year of your degree program
• Basic understanding of engineering and/or applied science.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic programming required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to exercise good professional judgment
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management regarding project activity
• Experience working in a team environment
• Naturally innovative and critical thinker with a "can-do" attitude, proactively seeking out new ideas and continuously willing to learn and adapt new things
• Enjoys challenges and driving for results, striving to continuously exceed goals and targets
