About the Opportunity
The Senior UIPath Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the UIPath platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI and machine learning, as well as a strong understanding of business processes. You will work with a team of developers and business analysts to automate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
What You Will Do:

Design, develop, document, test, and implement efficient UIPath workflows and automation solutions.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand business process and requirements.

Develop, configure, and test UIPath Bot ensuring adherence to security best practices and industry standards.

Enhance existing UIPath automation processes by leveraging AI capabilities and integrating machine learning algorithms where applicable.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across various departments and provide recommendations for automation feasibility.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UIPath solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools.

Provide production support, monitoring Orchestrator and Bot performance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UIPath features, AI technologies, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UIPath Developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing UIPath automation solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Strong knowledge of UIPath platform features, capabilities, and best practices.

Experience in integrating AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning into UIPath workflows.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Strong verbal and written communication, as well as, interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

UIPath certifications, such as UIPath Certified Developer or Advanced Developer, are highly desirable.
