Your impact:
As an Account Executive you’ll:
· Grow your market through strategic prospecting of New & Used Automotive and Powersports Dealerships, as well as increase share of wallet within current dealer base.
· Provide exceptional customer service and responsiveness that inspires customer confidence and loyalty.
· Utilize effective questioning to determine the needs of your dealer clients, as well as identify opportunities to earn more business from current or prospective dealers.
· Train dealership staffs on PWI products, tools, and technology, as well as train on fresh methods of closing product sales.
· Cultivate and maintain competitive knowledge and expertise. Stay abreast of industry trends and other developments. Understand and react to the competitive landscape swiftly, effectively, ethically, and professionally.
· Launch new products and services within the market while leveraging additional value proposition to drive market growth.
· Assure high quality of claims or other problem resolution, to both dealer clients and end customers, by your responsiveness, resourcefulness, and ability to identify and escalate issues that require advanced product knowledge or technical expertise.
· Thoroughly document all research and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure product and service reliability.
· Network and build relationships with stakeholders within the industry.
You have:
· One to three years in outside sales. Automotive, Financial Services, and/or Territory Management experience required.
· Territory management experience strongly preferred.
· Strong dealer network and dealer networking skills preferred.
· Excellent written and oral communication, strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· The ability to be autonomous, self-driven, pro-active, and a team player.
· Motor vehicle operator with good driving record (required).
Environmental requirements:
Position requires walking, sitting, and standing. Driving automobile to customer premises is required. Varying climates, weather conditions, and walking surfaces, inside and outside.
