***BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (BDC) REPRESENTATIVE***

We are currently looking for a motivated team member in our Business Development Center. The Automotive BDC Representative is responsible for making sales appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. A successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and internet leads to schedule sales appointments.
  • Making outbound calls and emails to generate appointments and log all customer comments
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made
  • Reschedule no-show customer appointments
  • Schedule future contact as needed
  • Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact
  • Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
