~Experience with Service Department clientele and processes.

~An ability to work well under pressure, with clients who have a VERY high standard of service that they expect with EVERY interaction.

~Have the capability and want to foresee the client’s needs.

~Have a very clear and happy phone voice.

~Must be open to assisting with and learning other areas of dealership processes.

~Experience with a multi-line phone system.

~Someone who is an all-around, self-motivated individual who stays on task well, while balancing multiple things, would be an exceptional fit for the company, and have room for growth!

~Professional business attire.

~A distinct desire to learn and grow within the company.

~Be very people, yet business driven in all conduct.

~Conform to the company’s policies on non-discrimination and harassment, and work.

in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel.

~Support and always abide by company policies and procedures.

~Assist the accounting office as needs arise in different areas.

~May perform a variety of clerical duties.

~Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

~Strong communication skills.

~Strong attention to detail.

~Must LOVE working with people!

~Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of business needs.

~Authorization to work in the United States.

~Ability to pass drug and background checks.
