Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Corwin Toyota Boulder has an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to join our growing team. We are a very busy, High volume, Service department, looking for people that thrive in a fast paced environment. Come join us in our New State of the Art Building!

Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer service appointments
• Communicating work flow with customers and technicians
• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• Accurate write up of customer concerns
• Convey expect cost and obtaining approval of repairs
• Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Performing any additional task assigned by management

Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive related experience
• Commitment to being a team player
• Clean driving record

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
