Skills

3+ years in Customer Success or related fields
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

Proactively call dealers to identify and create needs
Onboard new customers based on the customer journey
Act as the best friend of customers and relay trends to the organization
Ensure optimal customer experiences and long-term retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Education

Completed vocational training or degree
