Role: Business Process Manager
The Business Process Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of
business processes, focusing on integrating data analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency and
data visibility. This role will be responsible for mapping and improving workflows, establishing
automated data reporting functions, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the
organization. The ideal candidate will have a blend of process improvement expertise, systems
integration skills, and experience in building real-time reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Mapping & Improvement:
Lead the mapping of Avalanche Capital’s core business processes, identifying areas
for improvement and defining workflow requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather insights, define KPIs,
and design streamlined, efficient business processes.
2. Systems Integration & Configuration:
Develop a roadmap for integrating data analytics tools into the operational workflow.
Implement data flows and configure systems for seamless interaction, using APIs and
integration tools to ensure data consistency across platforms.
3. Reporting & Data Management:
Build and manage real-time data reporting structures using data analytics tools to
track performance metrics and operational data.
Develop and maintain a centralized reporting function that provides accurate and
accessible data to support decision-making.
4. Automation & Workflow Optimization:
Identify opportunities for automation within processes and data flows to reduce
manual effort and improve accuracy.
Implement automated workflows using tools such as Zapier or other scripting
solutions to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
5. Data Quality & Governance:
Establish standards and protocols for data governance to ensure data integrity and
compliance.
Regularly monitor data quality, addressing any integration issues or data
discrepancies to maintain high standards.
