ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE
Avantia Law is looking for a high performing and driven Graduate Sales Development Representative to support our Sales Directors in generating leads and expanding our client base. This is an opportunity for a graduate interested in developing a career in sales within Private Equity and Asset Management.
WORK PATTERN
Full time/ Hybrid: 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will be expected to work from our London Office (near Bankside/ London Bridge) approximately 3 days per week.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Stage 1: Submit your CV (& a covering letter if you would like to stand out!) for Talent team review
Stage 2: Screening call with a member of the Talent team to learn about you and your motivation for the role
Stage 3: Assessment centre (half day) with an opportunity to meet our wider Growth team, get to know Avantia and showcase your transferable skills.
Please note this role is for a 2024 start, we are unable to consider candidates who are still studying.
