The Avature ATS Administrator will be a key catalyst for enhancing the job requisition to hire process leveraging Avature (ATS) & Workday Job Requisitions at Lenovo. This role will provide applicant tracking system product and design expertise to internal partners and customers. The HRIS Analyst will work with all functional HR areas to make recommendations, manage project deliverables, understand and document business requirements, configure and test the Workday & Avature solution. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

The base salary budgeted range for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $ 80-110K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
