Our first product is the world's lowest APR credit card – backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

We are a well-capitalized (over $275MM in equity funding) team of technology (Square, Microsoft, Facebook) and finance (Discover, CapitalOne, and Goldman) executives with top-tier investors -- Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Max Levchin, NYCA, Sequoia, SciFi VC, Caffeinated Capital, etc. In the next decade, we believe we will reduce the cost of consumer credit in the world by a half.

Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant & Recruiting to join our team. In this versatile role, you will provide essential support for daily operations while working closely with our lead recruiter to manage recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include handling office operations, such as mail and inventory, scheduling interviews and team meetings, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about contributing to the growth of a successful organization.
What Your Background Might Look Like
Have a bachelor's degree
Have extreme attention to detail
Ability to take the lead with very little supervision after being taught
Effectively executes tasks based on given instructions
Identifies potential gaps in support and proactively inquires if additional help is needed
Highly responsive on SMS and Email
Day to Day Responsibilities
Onboarding:
Keeping track of new hires' start dates and coordinating with the hiring managers
Onboarding support as needed on new hires' first day
Office support:
Handling inbound and outbound mail
Preparing notarized documents
Handling acquisition, configuration, and inventory management of company equipment and supplies
Recruiting support:
Scheduling and coordinating interviews and panels (groups of interviews)
Assisting with collecting references
Assisting with tracking and updating recruitment metrics
Work with the head recruiter and hiring managers on new roles
