Junior Portfolio Manager
Avenue One is a disruptive force in U.S. real estate, professionalizing the rental experience for thousands of families across the country. They are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager to maintain oversight of the firm’s SFR investment portfolios and implement the investment strategy.
Skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, SQL, and Python/R
- Experience with financial modeling, reporting in Tableau / Power BI
- Ability to multi-task and manage varied workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership proficiency
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of the firm’s SFR investment portfolios.
- Direct the implementation of the investment strategy, business plans, and objectives for each of the funds under management.
- Determine portfolio allocation and capital deployment strategies.
- Closely monitor financial performance and analyze financial statements.
- Build and maintain portfolio forecasting models for capital allocation and deployment by market.
- Produce and update investor reporting and assist in building and managing relationships with investors.
- Oversee the budgeting process and manage internal procedures and processes.
Education
- Master’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field
