Capable of articulating technical concepts to a non-technical audience. The intern in this role should be interested in the experience of knowing how software solves problems in industry more so than how software is built.• Technical Proficiency: Programming and scripting skills. Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack is a plus.• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex issues with a logical and analytical approach.• Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is beneficial.• Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in collaborative projects is desirable.• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes in a dynamic work environment.• Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and apply them effectively.• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.Desired Behaviors:• Strong self-motivation and independent thinking.• Persistence and determination to succeed.• An innovative mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude.  Salary Range:$36,000.00 - $110,000.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen before they start employment.
