Delivery Program Manager (w/m/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• You report to the Senior Director of Program Transformation.
• The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of key digital software programs that drive the Aviv transformation forward.
• The transformation is complex and far-reaching so you will be expected to manage the program & several work streams depending on the circumstances.
• You help product and technology leaders manage their organization through metrics and business data.
• You help the product and tech leadership focus on delivering value to the business by removing obstacles and accelerating value creation. 
• Engage with product & engineering managers on day-to-day basis to remove impediments, identify risks, plan mitigation strategies, refine roadmap and support cross-functional collaboration.
• You drive transparency by communicating progress, decisions, policy, and processes by leading briefings, presenting and documenting.
• You work closely with COE, to optimize the delivery and prepare for the next cycle.
• You facilitate workshops and meetings toward clear and actionable outcomes.
• While driving your project and or program, you identify challenges in Aviv’s way of working and actively drive improvements of process and data.
• ​​​​​​​Provide mentoring and support to colleagues who lack program or project management experience.

ABOUT YOU:

• You have significant experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering medium to high-complexity software programs and projects in the e-commerce field.
• You draw upon your past immersion of working in an agile environment focus on delivering software projects effectively and efficiently and know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects.
• You apply high-quality project management standards and evolve them.
• You have excellent communication skills, should be able to lead big group steering meetings,  ensure focussed discussions and present status to top management.
• You are culturally sensitive, fluent in English and German/French is a PRE.
• You understand business requirements and can break down the bigger task into manageable parts and sequences to deliver the planned value.
• You are comfortable working in a tech-driven environment.
• You are very comfortable in JIRA/Confluence and can appreciate portfolio thinking.
