ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a tech-savvy Software Consultant to provide training, consulting, and technical support for our Enterprise Architecture software, ABACUS. You’ll engage with customers in the Americas Region, deliver product training, and help solve complex challenges, all while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Specific product training will be provided, and you will need to gain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our Enterprise Architecture software and consulting/training approaches
Responsibilities
- Master ABACUS and provide training, technical support, and tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Build and manage customer relationships while addressing technical issues effectively.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and offer product-oriented guidance aligned with their business goals.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and assist in testing new features.
- Contribute to customer-facing resources such as online training content.
- Optionally, develop customer scripts and leverage the REST API to address specific customer requirements, based on skills and expertise.
ABOUT YOU
- Comfortable engaging with customers and explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn complex tools.
- Collaborative and values long-term career growth in a supportive team environment.
- Optional: experience with programming/scripting.
You may have experience of the following: Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Customer Success Specialist, Software Trainer, Implementation Specialist, IT Consultant, Technical Support Analyst, API Integration Specialist.
