Retention & Growth Manager DACH (f/m/d)

Awin is looking for a Retention & Growth Manager to join the team responsible for contract negotiations with existing clients in the DACH region, ensuring win-win outcomes and addressing clients' needs.

Skills

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or online marketing.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Conduct direct contract negotiations and cross-selling with existing clients at every step of the sales pipeline.
Present new pricing structures and tailored offerings to clients.
Support client conflict management and retention strategies through the development of commercial solutions.
Optimize processes for improved negotiation efficiency.
