Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of eCommerce and Online Community to lead the development, operation, and growth of our online shop and technical community platform.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our eCommerce operations, including strategy development, platform management, customer experience enhancement, meeting online sales quotas & leading sales optimization. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in curating and nurturing our online technical community, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with company objectives to drive sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness to drive revenue growth & achieve and exceed sales quotas.

- Lead the end-to-end development and management of the online shop, including website design, product listings, pricing strategy, and inventory management.

- Implement best practices for eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping logistics, and customer service.

- Optimize the online shopping experience to maximize conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and IT, to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business goals.

- Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing team to support eCommerce operations and technical community management.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance the online shopping experience and expand the reach of our technical community.

- Cultivate a vibrant and engaged online technical community by curating content, facilitating discussions, organizing events, and providing expert guidance and support.

- Ensure the technical community platform remains a valuable resource for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation among our customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven track record of success in eCommerce management, with at least couple of years of experience in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding online sales quotas and revenue targets.

- Deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, technologies, and trends, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience building and managing online technical communities or forums is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of AI technology, hardware, or related fields is a plus.

- Passion for innovation, technology, and fostering community engagement.

Location

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to work from or relocate near an Axelera AI office (Leuven in Belgium, Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Zurich in Switzerland, Milan in Italy or Bristol in the United Kingdom) or work fully remotely from any European country.
