Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Director to join our team. This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Vice President of Enablement. As the sales Enablement Director, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs to empower our revenue team, driving stronger client partnerships and exceeding yearly goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Enablement (70%):
    • Design, implement, and deliver revenue enablement programs tailored to increase productivity and success for tenured sellers.
    • Collaborate with revenue leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps, developing strategies to address them effectively.
    • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of enablement content.
    • Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of all enablement programs, including performance metrics and assessment methods.
    • Continuously gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting collaboration with cross-functional partners (Talent Success, Sales Operations, Product, etc) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment to a great client experience.
  • Technology Enablement (30%):
    • Define and execute strategies for technology enablement, driving adoption and proficiency in go-to-market tools such as Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Navigator.
    • Manage our go-to-market technology relationships to optimize cost savings and functionality to align with Axiom's sales strategies and goals.
    • Collaborate with product management to deliver high-quality, up-to-date training programs and materials on Axiom's technologies.

About You:

  • 12+ years of experience in sales enablement or related sales roles within B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success in developing, deploying, and measuring enablement programs that drive intended behavior changes.
  • Strong experience in teaching others how to maximize the use of Gong, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator to meet sales goals is required.
  • Self-sufficient in creating and facilitating effective sales training content, including presentations, playbooks, certifications, and e-learning modules.
  • Skilled in managing complex projects, coordinating resources, and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable using data to analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Experience coaching sales leaders and managers on how to drive change within their teams.

Axiom’s  total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates.  The annual base salary range for this role based in New York is $155,500 - $179,000, and you will be eligible to participate in our cash bonus plan which on target would be 25% of your base salary for a Director-level role in the Commercial team. You can also participate in our benefits programs that include healthcare, life and disability coverage, 401K with company match, paid sick and personal time off, paid parental leave and more.  Please note that the final compensation is determined by several considerations, including the quality of your experience and expertise, your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom, your potential to move up to the next level, the market you are located in, and other business considerations.
