Business/Growth Analyst

What you'll do:

1. Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.

2. Support product leads in managing and expanding accounts by assisting with POCs, customer onboarding, and account management

3. Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. 

4. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. 

5. Develop and maintain internal tools and systems to support product operations.

6. Working closely with the business development team to document client calls Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. 

7. Conducting market & industry research to identify opportunities for growth.

8. Ability to manage CRM stack and create internal playbooks.

9. Ability to interpret data using automation/visualization tools

Who you are:

1. Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, marketing, or related field.

2. 0 - 2 years relevant work experience in business development, consulting, project management, customer success, or similar role preferred.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

6. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
