We’re looking for a driven recruiting ops coordinator to partner with our hiring teams, taking on a high volume of priority requirements. This is a fast paced individual contributor role where success is dependent on working collaboratively, being solutions oriented, and maintaining a sense of urgency to hit our goals as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition you will execute on Axion’s hiring plan.
Primary driver of ATS optimization and efficiency, leveraging the full suite of features, customizations and automations enabled by Ashby.
Key contributor to dashboard building and tracking key metrics within Ashby. Maintains clean and consistent data entry across the TA team for reliable reporting.
Leverage data to draw insights that drive refinement and optimization of scheduling and candidate management process
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to fill assigned requirements in a timely manner without compromising on candidate experience.
Own and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and hurdles in our process, maintaining consistency with required sessions while staying nimble to meet decision deadlines.
Acts as the face of the company with professional yet approachable and inclusive communication both virtually and in-person (responsible for onsite interview facilitation and candidate greeting/sendoff.
Qualifications:
2+ years of in-house coordinating/recruiting operations experience (startup experience preferred).
A capacity for effectively prioritizing business critical and close to offer requirements.
A track record of success in fast paced, high growth environments.
Ability to build trust and relationships quickly both internally and externally. Presents appropriately to both VP/principal level and entry level individuals.
An entrepreneurial mindset. As a problem solver, always seeking solutions, building relationships and leveraging resources efficiently.
Experience with an in-house ATS (Ashby or Greenhouse preferred)
Axion Ray is based in New York, New York with a headquarters in Williamsburg and the team works in a hybrid capacity. This role is expected to work in office at least 3 days weekly.
