We work with some of the top research organizations and facilities in the country.Benefits We Offer:• 100% Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage for Employees• Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays• 401K match up to 5%• Educational Benefits for Career Growth• Employee Referral Bonus• Flexible Spending Accounts:• Healthcare (FSA)• Parking Reimbursement Account (PRK)• Dependent Care Assistant Program (DCAP)• Transportation Reimbursement Account (TRN)Axle is seeking a highly ambitious, adaptable, structured, and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our vibrant team in Denver, CO.Qualifications• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience.• 5+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation.• Advanced experience in systems analysis, including design, testing, and integration.• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.• PMP certification is required.• Experience with MS Project preferredTechnical Requirements• Develop project plans, task dependencies, schedules, and critical path analysis.• Define and estimate tasks, track task completion status, maintain the project schedule, and communicate project status to both the project team and management.• Oversee sprint meetings and lead projects utilizing agile approaches.• Create and maintain system roadmaps, project plans, and product and release backlogs.• Create and estimate user stories and acceptance criteria for each user narrative, outlining the non-functional needs as well as the expected functionality• Gather and record the needs for the project.• Lead workshops for obtaining needs and, when necessary, prototype sessions.• Create requirements documentation that is specific to the project management approach being used.• Conduct system analysis and create design options for projects, such as system integration efforts, new application development, and system enhancements• Provide assistance with the creation of data models, the mapping of interface elements, and system testing.
