Program Support Specialist

Axle Informatics is seeking a Program Support Specialist to oversee staff and talent deployed on projects local to North Bethesda, MD and remote. The role involves interfacing with staff, conducting onboarding, maintaining relationships, ensuring compliance, managing deliverables, coordinating reviews, and more.

Responsibilities

Interface across staff, teams, and customers
Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
Establish cooperative relationships with staff, stakeholders, and customers
Assist managing staff deliverable requirements
Communicate company changes, policies, and procedures
Coordinate employee travel, training requests, and reimbursements
Coordinate annual performance reviews
Act as a liaison between program and corporate staff
Develop and maintain program and technical documentation
