Accounts Receivable Specialist (Hybrid)

Axon is on a mission to protect life and is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to enhance their accounts receivable processes and contribute to team success.

Skills

Advanced MS Office skills
Experience with accounting software
Ability to analyze contract billing concerns
Capability to identify process improvements

Responsibilities

Execute customer invoice/credit memo application
Reconcile customer accounts
Review customer aging reports
Ensure purchases are paid within terms
Assist in system upgrades and testing
Support audit requests
Process credit card payments

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
