Contracts Manager, Federal (Hybrid)

Axon is looking for a world-class Contracts Manager with experience in US Federal government contracting to join their Legal team. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator who can mitigate risks while keeping a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate prime contracts with US Federal Government agencies
Coordinate contract review and negotiation across multiple organizations
Review requests for proposals (RFP) and quotes (RFQ) to ensure compliance
Administer and manage documents related to procurement efforts
Support and lead updates to Legal team’s processes and procedures
Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence
Mentor associate contract managers and other junior employees

Education

Bachelor’s degree
JD or MBA preferred
